Our Apricot Cardamom Square is brimming with delicious goodness, and has a straight-out-of-the-farmhouse-oven taste that simply can’t be duplicated. We create all of our delicious baked good using only the best and freshest ingredients, most of which are sourced locally from our neighbors, right here in Vermont. Our Apricot Cardamom Square is made with flour that is ground from red winter wheat, beloved for the moist crumb that it creates, and sourced from a local granary, the Nitty Gritty Grain Company. Next, we add fresh butter from Cabot Creamery, a local dairy. Then we stir in cardamom, orange emulsion, apricots, sugar, orange juice and almond extract to give our squares their delicious flavor before we top them off with sliced almonds and bake them to perfection.
