Our butter goes in next; it, too, is from an area dairy farm, Cabot Creamery. Premium Callebaut semisweet chocolate is added next for a rich chocolaty flavor. Then comes the little extras that add the zing to our Chocolate Lover’s Cake: raisins, walnuts, sugar, pecans, candied orange peel and buttermilk. Yes, real buttermilk.
